The Yorkshire Rock N Bike Show – Ticket Terms and Conditions

Tickets & Payments

All tickets are sold subject to the event’s terms and conditions. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with all event rules and policies.
Tickets can be purchased using major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.
All payments must be successfully processed and cleared through PayPal before tickets are dispatched.
Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation or as otherwise required by law.
Lost or damaged tickets cannot be replaced, so please keep your ticket(s) safe once received.

Event Information

The Yorkshire Rock N Bike Show is a live outdoor event featuring music performances, entertainment, and exhibitors.
Strictly no open fires, barbecues, or naked flames are permitted anywhere on site.
For safety reasons, no food or drink may be brought onto the event site—a variety of vendors and catering options will be available inside the venue.
Under-16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over) at all times.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the site for antisocial behaviour, intoxication, or breach of event rules.
Please follow all signage, staff directions, and health and safety guidance throughout the event.
In the unlikely event of postponement or cancellation, ticket holders will be contacted directly with further information.

All images and logos used are the property of their respective owners.
Photography, video, and audio recordings may be taken at the event for promotional purposes. Attendance at the event constitutes consent to appear in such materials unless you inform the organisers otherwise in writing.
